It’s an exciting new way to integrate and secure parking rates. Lease Rate Management provides total convenience in setting up complex lease contracts. Rate increases can’t be forgotten or late because they’re preprogrammed. The system automatically adjusts rates based on renewal date and rate increase dates to match lease agreements.
Alerts to send rate increase letters to cardholders are predetermined. And you can program or override a cardholder rate priority wait list. Monthly changes are coded and secured in a history report and user changes window. The system can even store and launch a “read only” copy of the original lease agreement reference document for discrepancy review.
